Since pine rosin has a higher melting point and can burn if overcooked, this method of mixing pine rosin as you melt seems to be the best way to maintain the integrity of the beeswax and rosin. TIPS: Double boiler are not recommended (the pine rosin has a high melting point, the container conducts heat slowly, and the requirements for the container are relatively high)
